A Little About Me...

Hey there! My name is Ka Hei.
I am a recent graduate at Boston University and majoring in Computer Science.

I discovered my interest on front-end, software development and game development during my journey on studying computer science. In addition to develop a good understanding about CS, I worked on my personal website and several projects such as weather app and Spotify song search etc.
All these projects motivate me to learn more about how to develop new things. I also took classes at school that drove me to have a deeper understanding in software development.

I am really passionate about learning new skills, and happy to help others with my experiences!

A webpage created by React, JavaScript, HTML&CSS and Spotify API. This is a website that allows users to search the Spotify library, songs, create a custom playlist, then save it to their account.

Weather App API

A project that created by React, JavaScript, HTML&CSS, OpenWeatherMap API. Users can search city name, and will return the local time, temperature, max/min temperature, humidity, etc. of the specific city.

photo-sharing-database

Photo-sharing Database

A project similar to Flickr. It was created by Flask, HTML, MySQL and python. Users can upload photos, add friends, search photos based on tags, comments, like a photo.

recipe-search

Recipe Search

A website create by using recipe API, MySQL, python, HTML&CSS. Users can search recipes by entering ingredients' name. The webpage will return the most relevant recipes with the estimation cost of making that specific dish.

Brainstormed product ideas with teammates, and mainly focus on design products such as sleeping schedule notebooks that help people to relief sleep deprivation problems.

In charge of managing the daily income, also answer the phone for pick-up and delivery, pack up the food.
